About Brenda Owen
I am a self taught artist who lives in the beautiful state of Maine. I have been interested in art since childhood. My art is a very important part of my life and I strive to produce paintings that will reflect my artistic interests and sensibilities. My main focus is landscape painting but I have recently been venturing into other subjects. I paint mainly with watercolors, but I am always interested in other mediums and will, no doubt, pursue any medium that produces the results I am seeking. I hope you will like my work. I paint from the heart, and I strive to have my work reflect my personal vision and interpretation of the natural world around me. In this gallery I present some of my most recent work. Please enjoy. Nicely done, Brenda. Love the background on the left almost as much as the dilapidated boat. voted, and hope you'll redciprocate. voted for it; commented on it; and added you to my Watch List as I love what you do with a brush! Mind if I ask you to vote for my [more mundane] pieces on National TV Photo contest now? Hope you will. The three URLs below are pointing to three photographs that I have in an international photo contest. I would like to have your vote for each of them because if I can get 250 votes or more for each I will be entered in the final count for this contest. Should I go on to win, I could have my photograph appear on television and in magazines! Just copy each URL, one at a time, and connect to it in your URL line, usually at the top of your screen, and vote! Please! Please! Please! The contest ends midnight June 30th, 2013 so please don't delay. Maybe even ask your friends to do it for me too?? Just forward it for me.
